Assessment

DiSC

DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. It is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior.


DiSC profiles help you and your team:

Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0 (SDI 2.0)

Rather than focusing on WHAT we do, SDI 2.0 helps us understand WHY we behave and HOW we relate to each other. Using Relationship Intelligence (RQ), this assessment provides a common language for understanding what’s important.


Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us relate to others and build our ability to improve dialogue.


With a focus on our motives, SDI 2.0 provides a critical connection to a key leadership skill—the “art of influence.” It is easier to communicate with and influence someone when what’s essential to them is understood. This insight helps you choose the best approach for engaging people whose thinking and behavior appear much different from your own.


The SDI 2.0 is now a single assessment that produces four interrelated views of a person:


  • Motivational Value System – a personality type when things are going well.
  • Conflict Sequence – a personality type when experiencing conflict.
  • Strengths Portrait – a ranking of productive strengths used at work.
  • Overdone Strengths Portrait – a ranking of non-productive strengths used at work.
